An intangible cultural heritage workshop in Qingdao's Licang district hosted an event on the tea of the Song Dynasty (960–1279) on Dec 10. The event welcomed Vietnamese and French international students from Qingdao University's School of International Education.

During the event, participants delved into tea culture through activities such as diancha, which is similar to latte art, and chabaixi, which is the art of painting on ground tealeaves with water. These immersive experiences allowed them to deeply appreciate the charm of intangible cultural heritage skills and the beauty of traditional Chinese culture.

Through this event, attendees not only learned about the intricate art of tea-making but also had the opportunity to connect with the essence of Chinese heritage. The event served as a bridge between different cultures and fostered a better understanding and appreciation for the intangible treasures passed down through generations.
