The LuxLouvry Academy of Painting in Danigoutou village, Qingdao West Coast New Area, founded in 2003, now has more than 600 painters, most of whom are local farmers.

The village has taken a unique approach to rural vitalization by developing the oil painting industry, quickly transforming into a village known for artists and oil paintings.

The oil paintings created here are popular in over 20 countries and regions in Europe and North America, with domestic sales covering every province and generating annual sales revenue of 300 million yuan (42 million), which has supported rural vitalization and increased the incomes of local villagers.
