A book donation event with the theme "Books as Bridges Connecting Hearts: Sino-French Cultural Bonding" was held at a primary school in the Qingdao West Coast New Area (Qingdao WCNA), Shandong, on July 12.

The books were donated to the New Bridge Public Welfare Library and covered a wide range of subjects including education, culture, folklore, and history. They will help French-Chinese youth as well as French people as a whole to further strengthen their understanding of Chinese culture and history and further enhance people-to-people and cultural exchanges between China and France.
