On May 17, consumers looked to get trade-in information in the exhibition area of household appliances. On the same day, the national campaign on consumer goods trade-ins for Shandong and the launching ceremony of the 2024 national consumption season for household appliances was held in Qingdao. In the event, areas were put up to display production of home appliances, circulation of home appliances, e-commerce platforms and financial services, and promotional activities for trade-ins of home appliances and other household products were also held.

The event was designed to expand the influence and coverage of new policies on trade-ins of such consumer goods as household appliances, spur consumption vitality and press ahead with consumer goods trade-ins with a wide range of measures. By Li Ziheng
