Thirty couples wearing traditional Hanfu clothing celebrated a Han-style group wedding in Qingdao's Laoshan district on May 9.

Jointly held by the local government and Haier Group, the event was divided into a traditional part and a modern part. The local natural landscape, unique history and traditional cuisine of Qingdao were used to enhance the appeal of Chinese wedding customs.

Amidst the blessings of family and friends, the bride and groom conducted traditional Chinese wedding rituals such as the exchange of vows and the signing of marriage documents.
