China's Foreign Investment Attraction Policy Interpretation and Project Promotion, a supporting event of the 4th Qingdao Multinationals Summit (QMS), as well as the Yellow River Basin Investment and Cooperation Promotion Conference were held on Oct 11 in Qingdao, Shandong province.

The conference, entitled "Innovative and Development, Win-Win Cooperation", aimed to introduce the latest policies on foreign investments by the State Council and address concerns regarding the development of foreign-funded enterprises in China.

During the conference, renowned enterprises such as Garrett, Pirelli, and Dow Chemical Company shared their experiences investing and establishing R&D centers in China. Pirelli, with a history of 150 years, highlighted its significant presence in Shandong.

Song Yuzhe, chief economist of the Henan Provincial Department of Commerce, expressed Henan province's commitment to becoming a strong manufacturing province and building a modern industrial system. He emphasized the province's desire to deepen cooperation with multinational corporations for a mutually beneficial future.

In recent years, with the promotion of the major national strategy of the Yellow River, the provinces and regions in the Yellow River Basin have been optimizing the business environment, and the scale of utilization of foreign investment has been expanding.
